Hawk Pride Mountain Offroad is a privately owned park located in Northwest Alabama. We offer a wide variety of offroading spread over 1,000 acres. There are over 90 rock crawling trails to accomodate everyone from the most sophisticated rock buggies to simple 4x4s and we plan on adding over a dozen trails each year. There are mud riding areas and miles of trail for our ATV riders. Whether you are a determined rockcrawling phenom, or just looking for a place to ride, Hawk Pride Mountain is the Park for YOU.
Hawk Pride is open the first and third weekend of EVERY month.

Get that new Razor, Ranger, Can Am, Honda, Polaris, Kawasaki or whatever you got out and wheelin’ this coming weekend!! Nothing beats winter offroading so come on out and get some mud on the tires and have some good ol’ fun. The Trackside Cafe has plenty of hot chocolate and coffee to warm up with! You can start camping Friday night and start the three day weekend off right.
Thanks to all who supported the Twisted Jeeps’ Toys4Tots Run November 12th. A trailer full of toys was collected and over $600 of donations were received. It is nice to know that hundreds of kids will have an awesome Christmas thanks to the generosity of offroaders who attended this event! Lyman will be handing out the toys November 26th at Barton Baptist Church and the donations used to purchase more bicycles for the kids. A big thankyou and good job again to all who attended.
Latest Park Changes
A brand new, easier to read map will soon be available. Now over 90 trails have been GPS surveyed and trail rated. The map will be 2 pages with a 1-5 trail rating applied to the trails. Lots of trails out there you have probably never seen or rode before!
The Ditch has been expanded and now extends up the mountain to Charlie’s Trail. Great technical rock crawling site with plenty of space for folks to watch.
New signs will soon be up marking trail heads and intersections. Trail name, number, and rating will be on the signs.
The Concession Stand is fully operational and rib-eye sandwiches are back! Chris and Brian are doing a great job with the food. Menu: rib-eye sandwiches, hamburger/cheeseburger, pizza, darn good french frys, nachos, hot dogs, candy, you name it! Ice by the bag available and Pepsi product drinks.

Awesome track and facility. Please look for all updates and posts on the 2gmx.com site. Also please visit the KOTH Website for the 2011 rules. You will be able to answer a lot of questions by visiting it. We encourage everyone to see the rules for 2011 so they are fully aware of this years series rules and some changes that were made from 2010. We also encourage the quad riders to come out as we’ve added 3 classes this year for them, as we did hear and recognize their requests from last year, so we look forward to seeing you quads out there too. This is an awesome great outdoors style motocross track, as you will love it.
Saturday before practice (riders meeting). New this year for safety, as well as first lap site laps, no jumping and must roll everything on first practice lap for Sat. and Sunday practices. In the 2011 rules sections. FOR SAFETY…….
Like last year we will continue to hold Sat. after practice free training sessions for anyone wanting to come out after practice and attend. Remember this is for all ages and all size of bikes. This weekends training session will be on starts. Jake Lowry and Marvin Styser our 2011 KOTH Team Riders will be working together and working with everyone on starts. After practice an announcement will be made for this training session.
